The reason this head is a little more costly than some, is the foundry that makes it charges a little more.
Is it worth it? Well Callaway® and Taylor Made® seem to think so, as they trust this same foundry to make their driver heads.
It comes in both a standard and offset version. The standard sets up very square, the face doesn’t look closed at address. If you have a draw or hook and have had trouble with other drivers with closed faces then the standard quadratic may be just what you’re looking for. The offset version sets up very closed and if you are a chronic fader and slicer of the ball then the offset Quadratic may be your ticket home.
